Drought

The soil around here contains lot of clay, and when it dries out it forms patterns in the cracks! Some of them are inches deep! This is a very strange spring with very little rain and unusually warm sunshine. In our Easter holidays we are usually wearing anoraks and warm trousers, and this year it is cotton shirts and sun hats! Long may it last ....
