2020 Wednesday — Biopsy Day

Today was the day we’ve been waiting for —
Mr. Fun had a prostate biopsy this afternoon. He was told awhile back that his PSA was elevated, so they waited a couple weeks and tested his PSA again. Then his doctor suggested doing the biopsy. So now we wait 2-weeks for the results.

Five years ago he had this same procedure done. Thankfully he was told back then “no cancer.” So in a couple weeks we’ll know.

It was a little strange going to Kaiser Permanente Medical facility. The parking lot is almost empty and very few people inside the facility. I was allowed to go with him to the second floor urology department and they had me stay in one of the exam rooms so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting being exposed to others.
