Old Chapel
Friday 17th April 2020
A visit to the crem today so a quick walk up to take a photo of the old chapel, after seeing one from this angle on the website. It looks lovely against the blue sky. It was built in 1856 in the Decorated Gothic style and the architect was Thomas Denville Barry. It is the only one remaining of three chapels he designed for this site.
Took a while to get going this morning, then I spent a little while filming myself for the school. They are putting together a video of the children catching a toilet roll from the right, playing with it and then throwing it left, as if they're passing it around. There have been other videos around like that. I decided to join in. But filming yourself trying to catch something from off screen when you don't have anyone to throw it is quite difficult!
