In the black

Still no joy finding an online delivery slot and this morning the new bottle of milk we opened was off and not even close to the use by date.

Mid-morning I headed for a small Sainsbury’s a couple of miles away and picked up milk and one or two other items. No beer though, so that’s something we’re out of.

My new computer arrived at lunchtime and JJ is trying to link the two together. Fingers crossed.

A large chicken is in the oven, and that will last us for three days. Fortunately we like it.

Sad to hear Norman Hunter has died.

This blue anemone looked awful against the green leaves and doesn’t look much better now. Hey ho!
