Surprise!

It's been a rough week as my Gran hasn't been too well. But today when I got home after doing my 5k to donate £5 to the NHS charities this lovely box of chocolates had been delivered as a surprise from my friend. It was so kind of her and gave me a big smile!

I also completed week 1 of couch to 5k. This is my 3rd time on the programme and this time I'm taking my brother with me!

Now where's the wine...!
