Still Snow up the Glen

Massive thaw under way today.
Although still a really cold breeze when in exposed areas.
Aberdeen is clear of snow now, as well as most of the coast.
However, you don't have to go far inland or gain a little elevation to find snow.
Light was superb this afternoon.
My wife was off fabric shopping,
so I went off out with my camera for a couple of hours.
It has been a good weekend and has been great to get out and about.
It was good to see it was still light at 4.45pm,
the year has definitely turned.
Should make blipping a bit easier.
