Rainbow

Another pretty busy but positive day - catching up with people and following up on plans and actions. Feel more upbeat again. 
In one particularly long meeting with lots of members I have to admit to doing my exercises as I listened....seemed better than constantly sitting all day! I snacked too much and so far haven't been out for a walk yet though....definitely need to tackle the weight gain at some point!
Some nice chats with Mt, T and A in the afternoon - Mt had helped the little ones paint a big rainbow on the house with paints I've sent them....so cute (love Mx's rainbow trousers to match!). Quiet evening ahead, sewing up the cardigan now I've finished knitting it, and planning a cycle ride tomorrow.
