The Boxer

Many thanks for your kind comments and stars/hearts for yesterday's pic. Today's pic was taken slightly later, but is very similar.

Took a quick trip out to buy some wine and gin essential supplies and then went for a short run: 5km , Today is 6 months since the op so was pleased to do this. 
Since I arrived back I haven't stopped sneezing. I used to have really bad allergies when I was young, but this is really strange. And L is coughing/sneezing some too. And lots of pain in neck/shoulders. Other than that we are in top form. ;-)
But glad to finish working week which has been tough.
