An Apple a Day

The saying goes that an apple a day keeps the doctor at bay. Well today we could have done with lots. I woke up this morning to find a text from my sister to say that my Mum was taken up to hospital again with pains and other problems this is the 3 rd time in a matter of months. Unable to up to the hospital it was a case of waiting for news from her. I spent the day at work keeping myself busy moving computers around to the new counter area which helped. My sister rang this evening to say that she has had a scan and will hopefully find out what is causing the problems . She is been kept in so that they can monitor how she is. 
Back to my photo when I arrived home this evening I spotted this blackbird looking at an apple core , so I sat in my car with my camera ready to snap him as he tried to tuck into it.
Blip sorted time for a relaxing evening and see what tomorrow brings which i know is the weekend so hope you all have a good one and stay safe
