Friday

Up and out to the supermarket for Mum this morning. Went to Tesco. It wasn't that busy but the aisles are quite narrow and they had a one way system that not many people were paying any notice to. 

After lunch I met a friend and we took a walk. Shouting to each other at the other side of the pavement ;)
Through the park the blossom is out. 

Haven't done Mindfulness at all this week, just haven't been in the mood. Must try harder next week.
