Coffee Creation

Today was a day for creating, first of all my first ever falafel veggie burgers - considering it was without a recipe, they turned out pretty well! Plus, absolute huge bonus was that both kids loved them. They were pretty labour intensive though, I grated all sorts of veg to go into them, took quite a while! Maybe I'll have to make loads next time and freeze them...
The next creation was melting down glycerin to make exfoliating soaps, I mixed in a load of this mornings coffee grounds and some tea tree oil and re set them with cling film in our muffin tray...they look pretty rudimentary (you can see the cling film pattern in them, ha!), but I've tried one out and I'm really pleased with it! It feels a bit less messy than just washing my face in coffee, the stuff gets everywhere!
Then finally it was Hama bead time with the kids, making oversized coasters for their bedside tables.
Tonight was Caña Club quiz, Danny and I were quiz masters tonight - lots of fun!! And now on to our final night praying with 24-7 Ibiza and friends of...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha having a fun Dad - see her blip.
2) Nate eating such a variety of foods without realising, and not only that, loving it. He declared it 'delicious', can a Mom ask for more than that?!
3) The quiz going down well. So good to see each of them.
