Tulip

Lock down day 25.

Another planter of tulips just coming into flower... Margaret often buys 'marked down' tulip and hyacinth bulbs at Scotsdales and plants them in big pots.... She's always lucky with them.

We had to go to Addenbrookes Hospital this afternoon for Margaret's appointment at the eye clinic. They were taking lost of precautions to prevent spread of the virus and she was in there for less than an hour rather than the usual whole afternoon... The whole place seemed calm and peaceful with very few people about, although I'm sure that in the critical care areas they are very, very busy.
