Queueing for the butcher

The local butcher has done a roaring trade since lockdown. They've even restarted home deliveries for elderly & vulnerable people - my inlaws had a delivery last week, and even though we could have shopped for them that little bit of independence clearly made a difference to them. I still worry about the food waste from someone buying 6 chickens at once, or the dangers of someone not knowing that it'll take 20 mins to cook mince - both real rants from the butcher from last visit...
