#290... Sunrise...

I had a lovely morning walking and talking photos... We left home at 5.00am... Son set off at 5.30am with a man we know from parkrun so they could do a long 20km run at 5 minute pace... It was good to see some familiar faces along the route... Even bumped into another man that gave me good news that some heart tests he'd been having pre Coronavirus are all good and he's starting to get back into walking and jogging...
This morning kept giving so you are likely to get another photo tomorrow...
