TAKE A HIKE

Richard dragged me reluctantly for a hike today to the farm shop. Across fields, along farm tracks, an old disused railway line and across a muddy river where my feet slipped from under me and I ended up with my two feet in the muddy slop. Richard was supposed to be helping me....but he just laughed !
My feet and legs are aching....5 k is a bit much for me....especially as I have not been out of the house for exercise at all this week. It was a lovely scenic walk though I must admit....but dont tell Richard ! Oh and I also swallowed a cow pat fly......
