waiting for the milk to froth i noticed the reflection....blip done....
then
i made  a parmigiana that i can divide in 3.... for the freezer...
i had to make the tomato sauce from 2 400 gr tins tiny tomatoes which had the skin on.....which i noticed when i poured them in the pan....so to late to take skins off i did it after the sauce was ready...what a palaver...it would be so good to be able to do my own shop again......
