it took a while...

...for Nelly to take to her new blue ball. For a while she didn’t want the new one (because it wasn’t the old one) and she didn’t want the old one because it was ‘dead’ - it just didn’t sound the same when it bounced because she’d bitten a big hole in it. But today I remembered how much she liked having it in a bucket of water and she’s been trying to drown new blue ball for ages.
She’s happy.
All a bit silly really :-)
