Symmetry

On our way to the mountains we pass through the Central Valley of California, a route that is filling up way too fast with shopping centers, condos and big box stores. Thankfully there is still a lot of farmland, and orchards sometimes stretch as far as the eye can see. I love the way you can look straight down the rows as the car moves along the road--stripes, diagonals, stripes again. I think these are almond trees, but I'm not positive.
