Sunshine and shadows .....

..... what you can’t see is just how chilly it was first thing this morning. I needed my hood up as I walked round the loch first thing .... it’s always windy round the top end of the Heritage Park.

There are often sheep wandering about near those gates but today they way up at the top of the field.

Keeping my fingers crossed ..... I think I could see two female swans sitting on their nests, one on the island and the other in the nature reserve. It will be a few weeks before any cygnets appear but the goslings should start to appear within the next 10 days or so.
