Homemade Pizza.

After seeing friend and fellow Blipper Jukeys blip of their homemade Pizza I decided to give it a go.
No yeast, so found a recipe just using plain flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, water and olive oil.
Worked out fine. Nice and thin and crispy.
I made the tomato base, and then topped it with chorizo, mushrooms, tomatoes, red pepper, onions, black olives, grated cheese, and a sprinkling of Italian mixed herbs.
All turned out fine.
Lovely with a glass or two of Fitou, French red wine.
Have decided that from now on it is going to be Pizza Saturday.
