Wisteria

There is much excitement! Three years ago we bought a young wisteria and planted it on the south-facing garage wall. For the past two summers we have watched with anticipation to see if any flower buds were developing, only to be disappointed. Some days ago, I noticed that there were a few buds that looked a bit different, and YES we have flower buds. There's is now much anticipation to see how they develop.

It was another beautiful day today and I really enjoyed myself in the garden but there is still so much to do.

It should have been a family wedding today at Duart Castle (we are Macleans) and the weather would have been perfect for it but it was not to be. Hopefully, it will happen next Easter but today we consoled ourselves with a group chat online.
