First cycle and shop in a fortnight. Doubt I'll be able to wait that long for the next such trip, as running out of some non-food items... and there's only so much load the bike and cyclist can manage over those hills.

Lovely sunny day with a cool breeze. Touch of frost this morning. Resisted the temptation to go for a fun cycle or walk, after having been out earlier. Some much needed weeding in the garden later, with extra wariness that I might hurt my back, as basic pain killers like Paracetamol and Ibuprofen are nigh on impossible to find anywhere.

The Beauly Firth had looked beautiful from the bridge, and it would have been a great day to be out with the sea kayak... not that I have a way of moving it and the associated kit about anymore.
