Happy Lockdown Birthday

Today was Alison's 60th birthday (M's friend's mum) she was supposed to be having an open house to celebrate her birthday which we had been invited to but obviously due to the lockdown and social distancing it had to be cancelled A. (her daughter) had got her some balloons and made her a cake. Me, M.and H.decided to pop down to take her gift she was really surprised but pleased to see us and we spent a lovely hour chatting with us on the drive, A.on the patio and Alison and Mike (her husband) standing in the porch for social distancing I think we made her day a bit brighter for visiting glad we made the effort.
