Curious Critters

There's a clever balloon artist who decorates the local walkway with these critters.  There are dozens hidden in all sorts of spots.  And someone has left a note of thanks ,it reads:  "Balloon Lady, Thankyou for all the pleasure you are giving everyone. :)  Thankyou Happy Easter" 
Its quite something to see how people reach out in all sorts of ways.
