Cherry Blossom

It was a warmish cloudy start to the day and after reading some of the headlines I decided I needed to do something else to stop becoming too depressed so I headed down to the allotment for a little tidying up on the allotment and to earth up the potatoes.  The soil is lovely after all the rain we have just had.  The sun came out around lunchtime and has been shining since then.  I went with our son down to the beach and we wandered around and back via a back path alongside the river.  A pleasant but almost too hot walk.  This lovely blossom was flowering in a garden along our route.

I have potted on some seedlings its good to watch them grow, something positive.  We also had a short video call with our daughter and her son also another very positive thing.
