Black Gold

I can bore for England on compost ...... I love the magic that happens turning potato peelings and orange peel into beautiful compost. It takes around two years and I’m strict in only using vegetation but it works! I dug our two barrow fulls today and spread it on my veg patch ready for sweet peas next week. I think it might be a bit early but a few more days should see the risk of frost passing . I’m looking forward to beautifully scented sweet peas in a few months time. Hopefully when all this nonsense is all out of the way.
