Nothing ventured, nothing gained :-)

I found some old yeast (to be used by September 2018) in the cupboard, much to the delight of DougsJB who really wanted to learn how to make bread. I’m relieved that the yeast proved good still.

So with PuddleDuck’s competent assistance, this is his first loaf, and it was so yummy hot and with butter. We have 5 more sachets but not loads of flour so there is hope of more ...

And I’ve got a click & collect slot next week but I’ve also been to the supermarket to get medicines. Big day then! ;-)
