Bramley Overload

Last year we had 11 apples on our tree. This year, I can't even try to count all the blossoms! I read that apples can get into this cycle of overabundance and then nothing in alternating years. It's like a spinning top that starts to lean, and the wobble just gets worse and worse, trying to compensate. Advice is to pinch off all the flower buds but one in each cluster, or alternating branches, etc. I can't reach them all, and so I won't bother. It's too beautiful!
