Seedy Sunday

Beautiful day. Jobs done included a lot of laundry, sowing herbs and salads into this mobile salad bar! This way we can follow the sun around the garden and hopefully have some nice salads for our efforts.
Then for dinner, a Nigerian dish, from the Spicery, a Christmas gift finally put to good use. It was tasty.
