Lords and ladies

Today I spent entirely on the landing putting two coats of gloss on all the woodwork - skirting, 5 doors, pelmet, shelving.....with an hour’s meal break. I don’t think you can call it lunch at 4 pm! Anyway that’s the landing finished.

So the pic is actually from a couple of days ago, these aptly named plants are springing up all over in the woods and shady spots. Rather fine.
