Still Looking Up

The elm opposite us is just a mass of seeds just now. Apparently they’re edible and can zest up a salad nicely but I think I’ll give that a miss. Worth remembering if we’re ever reduced to foraging though.
More of the same today and apparently it’s Sunday with more folk than usual out and about at the park. Did some more allotment work, strimming, edging, watering and sowed some endive seeds. Haven’t tried growing endives before and suspect it might not be warm enough yet but we’ll see what happens. Starting to run out of thing to do, might need to creosote the hut again.
Oh and my bran flake bread turned out fine (extra).
