Piaya

A muscovado-filled unleavened flat bread from the Philippines. I pledged to participate in a project that provides food to our urban poor. Our project was to provide the piaya. So on April 28th, I have committed to send 48 pieces of piaya to the organizers. The goal is to distribute 1,500 piayas on that day from all the volunteers. I don't have to stop at 48. The more, the better.
