Luxurious dark velvet....makes me think of chocolate.
Pleased to say after a dismal week last week I have at least managed 10,000 steps today.
Over enthusiastic running 5 days in succession the week before meant 2 very damaged and painful knees resulting in no walking let alone running!
Who says older and wiser ????
