Woodpecker

The adult female Great Spotted Woodpecker is ignoring the peanuts and going straight for the seeds - probably easier for her chicks to eat.  I am surprised that we can still hear Woodpeckers drumming morning and evening even though they must have established their territories by now.  It's a wonderful sound.  If blipfoto enabled it, I would post an audio file.
