Conopids And Cameraria
I think this is a pair of Conopid or thick-headed flies mating. I found them on the bank where I have photographed bees recently. They are parisitoids of bees.
The other image is a very tiny horse chestnut leaf miner moth. Horse chestnuts are looking gorgeous at the moment, just coming into flower and with beautiful fresh green leaves. It won't be long before they all start to go brown when the mining caterpillars of this little moth get to work. :(
