No Through Road

Had an excuse to pop over to Lithgow today. Turned out to be a pleasant drive as the weather cleared up somewhat. Here is a country road winding its way up to the foot of Mount York. Once you get to the other end of this road you can't go any further. Had a picture shoot job on a property along here, many years ago.

Encouraging news on the COVID-19 front, today. Total new cases for the entire country was 8 although I think 2 people died. Half of the states recorded no new cases or deaths at all. The government wants to wait 3 more weeks before gradually winding back the lock down restrictions. After that, particular restrictions will only be relaxed one or two at a time. Fingers crossed. It seems certain that the biggest danger will be the risk of infected international arrivals. It'll take a while before incoming international flights can return to normal.
