Spring wildflowers
Sunday
We were all rather lazy this morning and had a bit of a late start. We were a bit late for our morning service, so we decided to watch the recording later in the day. It was an overcast day with an occasional sprinkle, but we still got out for a hike at Shawnee Lookout, a Hamilton County Park. Once again there were masses of wildflowers, including two new ones for me, Jack in the pulpit, lower left, and Miami Mist, centre right, quite distinctive with its serrated edges. Top left is dwarf larkspur, and lower right is Red Trillium. The white flower identification I’m not sure of.
