Retirement

I have today completed my last walk in this pair of shoes. I believe between running and walking they may well have done close to 1000kms in about 8 months. I think this has contributed to my injury, I have ordered new shoes and getting them through the lockdown is going to take a little longer. I do have an aleternate pair which will become my alenate pair when my new shoes arrive. The new shoes will do most of my long runs and my older ones will do shorter runs.
