Purple

Thank you ever so much for the stars and faves on yesterday's woodpecker captures, I am really grateful and happy :-)))

The hepatica at our cottage (now the border is again open!) come in two varieties - the standard blue and the much rarer purple. The latter grow in alcalic soil, the internet tells me. The extra shows the blue variety in detail.
