Just some more humble daisies
Another sunny morning but a cold wind coming off the North Sea. One of the benefits of the lockdown is the council are not cutting the grass so frequently allowing the daisies and dandelions to put on a great show.
Today’s garden adventure....painted some more of the fence(Yippee no paint left) ..... did some privet propagation and Mr PC repositioned a piece yew to fill the gap where he took out the ivy. Found some outdoor garden lights we forgot we had and positioned them in the border by the pond.
We had a lovely social distancing visit from our lovely friend Di and the Kids, they brought me some tulips and a couple of dog chews for the boys.
Later on we had half an hour in the summerhouse and had a cup of tea and a read.
Watched Captain Tom opening the Nightingale Hospital in Harrogate.
Happy 94th birthday to her Majesty.
