'Smile'

Another pic of the boy - him trying to smile for my pic but not wanting to be torn away from his activity nor really feeling like smiling! Quite enjoy the result, ha!
A day of all sorts, including plenty of singing along to yesterday's song. Tonight was Caña Club, so so good to see everyone. I love that our American friends who are in the process of moving to Ibiza, can now be part of Caña Club 2x a week, not only when they're on the island! Coronavirus has really messed up their timeline for moving here permanently.
The news that I'm struggling to not feel a bit gutted about, is the Spanish PM has decided that as of next Monday, kids under 14 can only go out for the same reasons as adults, 1 kid with an adult, only to go to the supermarket or pharmacy...not out for a walk/fresh air. Arghhhhhh!!!! Supermarkets are stressful, and how are we meant to ensure Nate wears gloves and a mask?! There's no way he will be forced to keep something on he doesn't want to!! If lockdown ends on May 9th (which it's extended to), the kids will have not been outside for 8 weeks. That's a long time!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Yesterday's lunch stretching to feed us 4 and 2 others.
2) Caña Club community, love each one of them a huge amount.
3) Water - it was cut off again today. Grateful that usually we can access it easily!

Amazing news, we’ve just heard the Spanish government have u-turned on their decision re kids, they WILL be allowed out for a short walk now! Hooray!! I’m not surprised they’ve changed their mind - people were so upset! Apparently Spain’s lockdown is the strictest in the world...so glad we can see some light at the end of the tunnel!
