Venturing out

I had decided to get up early and take Ruby over the common (not that I’ve been getting up really late but I do tend to loaf around for a while before I get going). I think it’s probably 4 or 5 weeks since I’ve been there and was a bit surprised to see a sign saying dogs must be kept on leads. The path runs parallel to our garden but I hadn’t being paying attention to whether dogs were on or off the lead. Ruby was so good when all she wanted to do was go off and snuffle around. There were a few people around and generally it was good social distancing although I did get a little peed off when I saw some dogs off the lead.  But it was lovely to have a longer walk and I will probably try and go again tomorrow morning.

School have set us 5 online courses to do about safeguarding and I did two this morning. This afternoon I gave the garden a good watering.
