Ripped Sky

I was in Perth today & was hoping that at some point I'd see something worth blipping. In the event, it was such a cold, wet, miserable day - the very essence of dreich - that nothing could have been further from my mind than getting the camera out of my handbag. It was enough I could do to hold on to my umbrella in the wind.

However, on my way home along the A85 I looked to my left & saw the sky looking as if someone had torn it, revealing the blue behind the cloud. Not at all sure why the whole thing turned out so blue though! Maybe someone has an idea? I used my wee compact Olympus and it does have a lot of settings to choose from - I had switched to Landscape.
