Stocktake

So when I agreed to go back to work I hadn't bargained for the financial year end and the dreaded stocktake. The last two years we have had someone come with a zapper, done in a couple of hours and jobs a goodun. Before that we would get a few of us. One to man the phones, one to count and one to write. Today was just me. And the phone is relentless. People are extra chatty. I think we all miss human contact, but with only one line it rang as soon as the receiver was replaced. All done thankfully.

Lush walk with hubby, it's so sunny but still chilly. Van furniture turned up. He will be building a kitchen for the next few days.. happy bunny.
