Beech Tree Cathedral

I sneaked out on my bike today for my exercise unit. I took a similar picture a couple of weeks ago but at that stage the leaves weren't out. What a difference a fortnight makes. This is in a different glade but the beeches are similarly magnificent, I think.

Last night's photo society zoom session was good fun with photo sharing and a group discussion. Some super shots were discussed from still lives to an urban landscape. We're gradually getting the hang of how to work zoom - there's lots it can do.
