Poet's Daffodil, Lit Up, Just Before Dusk

It was heading toward dusk as I stepped to the bedroom window and looked outside. Darkness was starting to creep into all of the corners of the yard. There was just one beam of light in our whole yard, and it was lighting up a single poet's daffodil.

Of course, I had to run out with my camera to capture it. The light on it was just perfect, and the flower was lit up, glowing white, like a lantern. What a fabulous gift that moment was. And oh, I was so grateful!
