The Meadows at lunchtime

On a run with the dog at lunchtime today - I normally go out first thing in the morning so seeing so many people about was curious, although not a surprise. What was a surprise was the numpty who ran past me within 1.5m and then looked at me funny when I put my arms out plane-like to show him how close he was. Honestly, how can folk not get this after a month?
