More Sunshine

I was meant to be growing all kinds of tomatoes this year after a couple of particularly tasty suppers last July. As with most things, I can’t do this now as Hannah has all the baby plants and she is shut in her house 80 miles away. So I have cut out the middle woman and started a monthly box of delivery tomatoes. I had tomatoes for tea, in a couple of days I need to find a way to keep their gorgeousness in a preserved format.
