Beach art ....

during the Zoom class on the weekend i asked the teacher about moving from a photograph of something that inspires, to a sketch that abstracts and then to move to a painting.....that goes even further from the original inspiration.   This is where i landed today!   Got things moved over to the mudroom studio...so much more space, but it took for ages to get things 'just' right!

pouring rain, then sleet, and then snow....all's quiet right now...but i know there's more to come!!!  Getting very sick of this winter!!!!!
