Solitude

My original plan for this shot was to simply capture the bench, the tree, and the water; however, after I got set up and snagged one capture of the aforementioned, this gentleman walked over and plopped himself down.

At first I was happy that I managed to get at least one shot in. I then quickly began to realize that life had presented me with an opportunity, perhaps even more suiting than the original. It was almost as if everything automatically fell into place; me, the bench, and the solitary man...
